Redcroft and its investment partners provide debt and equity capital to facilitate transactions that maximize the operating success and value of middle-market, growth-oriented businesses.

We invest across a variety of industries, with a particular emphasis on the following sectors:

    • Light Manufacturing

We are flexible, opportunistic investors not constrained by any particular size or control objectives,
and we participate in a variety of transaction types, including:

    • Growth capital investments
    • Platform “build-up” opportunities
    • Recapitalizations
    • Management buyouts / leveraged buyouts

We fund our investments directly and through our Salem Investment Partners affiliate (www.salemip.com), which focuses on non-control, mezzanine debt transactions.

We do not participate in auctions or hostile transactions, and we do not
compete for investments with our advisory clients.
